David Decker joined Extra Space Storage in 2004, the year they went public. From there, he spent 13 years helping them grow exponentially as Director of Operations. 

After 13 years of learning from within one of the largest companies in the self-storage industry, David decided to take the leap and begin his own self-directed investments into the self-storage space. Most recently, he's been leading the self-storage investments for Brandon Turner's Open Door Capital Fund.
